Wonderfully moist pork chops. I had to turn on the broiler to crisp up the top after flipping and cooking for the estimated time, but my oven is funny sometimes. I definitely didn't want to over cook them and they turned out crispy on the outside and nice and juicy on the inside. A make again meal.

I really enjoyed these chops. They were really simple and flavorful. I used thin loin chops and they were cooked and ready in about 40 minutes. Thanks for sharing this nice keeper, Teresa.

What a great "do" on these. Loved the pineapple/soy flavors. My chops were on the thin side, so 40 minutes was good.

Wonderful recipe, the pork chops were the bomb. Tender and delicious. I had really thick chops so I cooked them for 75 minutes. Simply delicious. Thanks for sharing this lovely recipe.

I had 4 pork loin chops just with a total weight of 1.2 kilogram and prepared and cooked as per recipe and at 50 minutes they were well cooked, just a little over so next time will check at 40 minutes but still tasted great, thank you TeresaS, made for Pick Me tag game.
