Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F.
Step 2: Trim fat from chops.
Step 3: Combine juice and next 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
Step 4: Combine breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, paprika, and dash of garlic powder in a shallow dish; stir well.
Step 5: Dip chops in juice mixture, and dredge in breadcrumbs mixture.
Step 6: Place chops on a broiler pan coated with cooking spray.
Step 7: Bake for 50 minutes or until tender, turning after 25 minutes.
