"I think this might have come from the label on a bottle of apple juice, but I can't be sure. It's not something we want all the time, but it is a nice change for something to do with pork chops."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Combine pork chops, salt, pepper and flour in a zip-top plastic bag and shake to coat.
Step 2
Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat; add pork chops in a single layer and cook 5 minutes.
Step 3
Turn chops and add onion, juice and garlic to skillet; bring to a boil.
Step 4
Reduce heat, cover and simmer 7 minutes until pork is no longer pink.
