"These are very tasty and simple to put together. They are a perfect pot-luck item as you can easily double up the ingredients. They get gobbled up in a hurry. For gluten free, just make sure your soy sauce is gluten free."

I used just over a kilo of V wings (tip already removed and other 2 parts left intact) and had a total of 10 and had to layer them in 2 layers in the crock pot. From previous experience I allowed 4 hours on low to cook, after 2 hours I moved the ones that were on the top to the bottom and changed to high cook as they were not cooking as quick as they normally do but this could be because of the layering. After the 2 hours on high the wings on the bottom were falling apart but the meat was beautifully and tender and full of flavour, the wings on the top were remained intact but the meat was moist and tender and just came of the bone with ease but not quite as much flavour as the ones on the bottom, so when making again will double the sauce so that all the wings will be covered and it should cook in the 4 hours on low in my crock pot, thank you QueenBea for a very tasty wing recipe that the 3 of us enjoyed thoroughly.
