Step by Step Method

In wok heat the oils until glistening

While heating mix chicken broth, vinegar,cornstarch, seeds and zest,red pepper,soy sauce and honey mix until smooth

May need to add another tablespoon of oil at this point

Add carrot

Add bell pepper

Add broccoli

Add onion

Cook very fast just til crisp green not limp just a coupla minutes cause its going to cook in sauce a minute also

Add chicken back in

Stir until thick and glossy
