Step by Step Method

Step 1

In wok heat the oils until glistening

Step 2

While heating mix chicken broth, vinegar,cornstarch, seeds and zest,red pepper,soy sauce and honey mix until smooth

When wok is hot

Add chicken stir around until browned

Take out

Step 6

May need to add another tablespoon of oil at this point

Add carrot

Step 8

Add bell pepper

Step 9

Add broccoli

Step 10

Add onion

Step 11

Cook very fast just til crisp green not limp just a coupla minutes cause its going to cook in sauce a minute also

Add chicken back in

Step 13

Add sauce

Step 14

Stir until thick and glossy

We liked this chicken stir fry...although we didn't taste the orange flavor that you think orange sesame chicken would have...this was very easy to toss together once you get all your ingredients ready to go...made for "Only the Lonely" tag game...
