Step 1: In wok heat the oils until glistening
Step 2: While heating mix chicken broth, vinegar,cornstarch, seeds and zest,red pepper,soy sauce and honey mix until smooth
Step 3: When wok is hot
Step 4: Add chicken stir around until browned
Step 5: Take out
Step 6: May need to add another tablespoon of oil at this point
Step 7: Add carrot
Step 8: Add bell pepper
Step 9: Add broccoli
Step 10: Add onion
Step 11: Cook very fast just til crisp green not limp just a coupla minutes cause its going to cook in sauce a minute also
Step 12: Add chicken back in
Step 13: Add sauce
Step 14: Stir until thick and glossy
