Step 1

Heat the soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and ginger in a large nonstick skillet over

This could really get more stars... We loved this orange onion pear chicken combo. Served with rice, as you suggested and peas. I'll make this again when my daughter's pear trees are ready next year. Unless I can't wait that long!
