Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Step 2
Toss wings with the oil, salt, and pepper and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes turning once until fully cooked.
Step 3
While the wings bake, add all ingredients from marmalade to honey to a large saucepan and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Sauce will thicken slightly. Turn off the heat and reserve sauce in same pan until wings are finished baking.
Step 4
Once the wings are cooked, reheat the sauce over medium heat until bubbling and add all of the wings to the pan. Toss well so that each wing is thoroughly coated with sauce. Serve immediately.
