Orange-Ginger Glazed Chicken Wings

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Step 2

Toss wings with the oil, salt, and pepper and bake for approximately 20-25 minutes turning once until fully cooked.

Step 3

While the wings bake, add all ingredients from marmalade to honey to a large saucepan and simmer for 5 to 10 minutes over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Sauce will thicken slightly. Turn off the heat and reserve sauce in same pan until wings are finished baking.

Step 4

Once the wings are cooked, reheat the sauce over medium heat until bubbling and add all of the wings to the pan. Toss well so that each wing is thoroughly coated with sauce. Serve immediately.

I did a half recipe and the end result was sweet tangy full of flavour moist wings, thank you Kittencal for a very enjoyable dinner made for Pick Me tag game under the 48 hour rule. UPDATE I only get through half of the wings last night so I polished them off for lunch today, having them cold and they tasted even better as the flavours had developed that bit more, would be great for a picnic or lunch box.
