"I created this recipe when I was doing a " cleaning out " of my cupboards,pantry,&freezer. And it turned out much,much better than I expected. If you don't like peas use leftover Lima Beans,Green Beans, or even broccoli. Posted on 8/8/17. " Keep Smiling :)"

Step 1

In a large skillet over medium heat add water,butter,rice mix and margarine.

Step 2

Bring to a boil, add chicken and carrots.

Step 3

Cover and turn heat to simmer,cook until carrots are tender,stirring occasionally.

Step 4

Add peas and stir until peas are warmed through.

Step 5

Let sit for about 3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
