Step 1: In a large skillet over medium heat add water,butter,rice mix and margarine.
Step 2: Bring to a boil, add chicken and carrots.
Step 3: Cover and turn heat to simmer,cook until carrots are tender,stirring occasionally.
Step 4: Add peas and stir until peas are warmed through.
Step 5: Let sit for about 3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
