Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 package (5.7 ounce) Knorr Creamy Chicken Flavor Rice & Pasta Blend (I used Knorr)
  • 2 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon butter (or margarine)
  • 1 cup carrot, grated
  • 3/4 cup green peas (leftover green peas, or other green veggie of your choice)
  • 200 grams cooked chicken (leftover chicken, 1 1/2 cups,I used leftover Fried Boneless Skinless Chicken)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large skillet over medium heat add water,butter,rice mix and margarine.

  • Step 2: Bring to a boil, add chicken and carrots.

  • Step 3: Cover and turn heat to simmer,cook until carrots are tender,stirring occasionally.

  • Step 4: Add peas and stir until peas are warmed through.

  • Step 5: Let sit for about 3 minutes or until slightly thickened.
