Step by Step Method
Step 1
Cook rice and water together,(it does better if you use day old rice but that's not what recipe calls for)
Step 2
In wok cook bacon,remove break into pieces
Step 3
Add soy sauce to cooked rice
Step 4
Drain wok wipe out
Step 5
Add 3 tablespoons of greas back in and fry onions,pepers,and celery until just crisp
Step 6
Remove
Step 7
Wipe out skillet add 2 tablespoons grease and add rice(I'm just adding rice back to the veggies and tossing)
Step 8
Season add bacon and ketchup
Step 9
Toss
Step 10
Add peas and heat
