Step 1: Cook rice and water together,(it does better if you use day old rice but that's not what recipe calls for)
Step 2: In wok cook bacon,remove break into pieces
Step 3: Add soy sauce to cooked rice
Step 4: Drain wok wipe out
Step 5: Add 3 tablespoons of greas back in and fry onions,pepers,and celery until just crisp
Step 6: Remove
Step 7: Wipe out skillet add 2 tablespoons grease and add rice(I'm just adding rice back to the veggies and tossing)
Step 8: Season add bacon and ketchup
Step 9: Toss
Step 10: Add peas and heat
