Step by Step Method

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Step 2

Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

Step 3

Rise out soup cans with milk

Step 4

In a medium sized bowl add the rice, cream of mushroom, cream of celery, and chicken broth,milk and mix.

Step 5

Pour into the baking pan.

Step 6

Place the chicken on top of the rice mixture and pepper.

Step 7

Sprinkle the onion soup on top.

Step 8

Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked throughout and no longer pink.

Very good casserole with no work. I did add some frozen peas in the last few minutes but otherwise made as directed. Very good and easy dinner. Thanks for sharing!
