Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 7 ounces long grain rice,(1 cup)
  • 1 (10 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can (10 ounce )cream of celery soup
  • 1 can( 14 ounce) chicken broth
  • 1 pound chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 package(1/4 ounces)dry onion soup mix

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  • Step 2: Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.

  • Step 3: Rise out soup cans with milk

  • Step 4: In a medium sized bowl add the rice, cream of mushroom, cream of celery, and chicken broth,milk and mix.

  • Step 5: Pour into the baking pan.

  • Step 6: Place the chicken on top of the rice mixture and pepper.

  • Step 7: Sprinkle the onion soup on top.

  • Step 8: Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked throughout and no longer pink.

  • Step 9: No Peeking
