Mix everything but pie crust in bowl. Pour into pie crust

Bake at 450 for 15 minutes

Reduce heat to 350 and bake 15 minutes more until custard is set

This is a very good quiche which we enjoyed (my husband especially liked the addition of bacon!). i used the whole can of the evaporated milk and also added the water -- so this was very full and did overflow the pie crust a bit (I used a standard frozen pie crust which I think are small). We enjoyed this with a tossed salad and rolls. Thanks for sharing!
