Step 1

Chop the salad fine all together

Add everything but oil to dressing slowly add oil and whisk while pouring

I had all the ingredients for the vinaigrette which was fantastic!!!! But the salad ingredients I had to change up a bit for what I had on hand. This made for a fantastic meal, it will see to many repeats. This was also scaled down to 2 servings.

Daily Inspiration

This is a great salad and it has all of the things we love. Definitely will be a repeat at our house. : )
