  • FOR LEMON VINAIGRETTE
  • 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chives, minced
  • 1 teaspoons parsley, minced
  • 1 shallot, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
