This is quick to make and they are great over grilled steak, which is how I used them. I will use this recipe for other things too, I just have to get my thinking cap on first!

I made this to go on top of some baby beef liver I made at the spur of the moment. This really added to the overall success of my dinner and they were a marvelous addition!

I had this as a side to eat with a T-Bone steak, double baked potatoes and coleslaw. My son enjoyed them as much as I did and suggested they be made whenever we have steak from now on. Delicious!

Wonderful flavour from the cream sherry. It is very mellow. I also use Marsala wine with mushrooms. Great side dish to my Sunday Meatballs. These will be awesome with my Saturday night Burgers too. Thanks Acadia for a lovely addition to my dinner
