"From one of our national supermarket and their free monthly magazine. I have made this and really enjoyed it, I scaled back for one pizza using a smaller pizza base but it wasn't till after I polished it off that I had the OOPS moment and realized I forgot the baby rocket leaves OH well must try again."

Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 220C.
Step 2
Divide the two pizza bases between 2 trays.
Step 3
Combine the oil and the garlic in a small bowl and then brush the garlic mixture evenly over the pizza bases.
Step 4
Top with the combined mushrooms, spring onion, cream cheese and pizza cheese and bake for 12 minutes or until the crust is golden.
Step 5
Top with the rocket and season with pepper and cut into clices and serve with mixed salad leaves.
