Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 packet (200 grams) pizza crusts (2 per pkt. pizza bases/crusts)
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 100 grams mushroom (Swiss brown or Portabella, thinly sliced)
  • 2 spring onions (thinly sliced diagonally)
  • 100 grams cream cheese (chopped)
  • 55 grams cheese (1/2 cup pizza blend cheese, usually a blend of parmesan, mozzarella and cheddar)
  • 60 gram rocket lettuce (baby rocket leaves)
  • Mixed salad leaves, to serve

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 220C.

  • Step 2: Divide the two pizza bases between 2 trays.

  • Step 3: Combine the oil and the garlic in a small bowl and then brush the garlic mixture evenly over the pizza bases.

  • Step 4: Top with the combined mushrooms, spring onion, cream cheese and pizza cheese and bake for 12 minutes or until the crust is golden.

  • Step 5: Top with the rocket and season with pepper and cut into clices and serve with mixed salad leaves.
