Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Step 2
Place chicken in a greased baking dish.
Step 3
Sprinkle with a little salt if desired.
Step 4
Combine cheeses, mayonnaise, mustard and pepper.
Step 5
Spread mixture thickly over chicken.
Step 6
Sprinkle nuts over chicken.
Step 7
Cover and bake about 45 minutes, or until cooked through.
Step 8
Serve with pan juices and brown rice.
