  • 4 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons grated sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 teaspoons dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coarse ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons whisky (Scotch)
  • Ground walnuts (1 handful)
