Step by Step Method

Step 1

Brown chicken in butter. Season, then brown a little more

Step 2

Add 2 of the lemons juice, then add chicken broth

Step 3

Half way up chicken you are braising it

Step 4

Maintain this level of liquid for 45 minutes

Step 5

Slice lemon and put on top of meat half way through

Great flavors! I probably should have browned my chicken a bit more, but didn't want to dry it out. We enjoyed this with coconut-ginger rice, fresh corn on the cob and green beans with almonds. Wonderful meal. I'll be back to post a photo!
