Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 325F.

In a large saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter.

Add cocoa and sugar; mix well and remove from heat.

Beat in eggs and flavoring.

Mix together flour, baking powder, and salt; stir into batter.

Stir in oatmeal and nuts.

Pour batter into a 9x13 Pyrex dish, sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake at 325F. for 25-30 minutes.

Do not over bake!
