Kooking Kathy

I make these throughout the year but they are especially enjoyed around the holidays. These only made it as far as my house this year because they are our favorite! I added nuts in this one. Yum!

Get In My Belly!

These were a childhood favorite that I have been making for years. They are basically fudge with oatmeal in them, and so addicting! My family love them too and I make them often. I have been known to take the lazy way out and pour the whole thing into a parchment lined cookie sheet and just cut them into squares as they are cooling. For me, so much quicker than dropping them. Everyone needs these in their life!

These are one of my favorites since I was a kid. My wife and I make them often for the kids and I wanted to make them for company we had recently to have after our lunch. They are a no fail kind of sweet that everyone loves and I knew would be a good choice. I added in nuts for added flavor and crunch. They were fantastic as always!
