Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 250C.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a large frypan over a medium-high heat and add the mushrooms and fry for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 3
Remove from the heat and season with salt and pepper and stir through the garlic and thyme, set aside.
Step 4
Meanwhile, sprinkle over pizza cheese to evenly cover the base and then top with the prosciutto, and place the pizza into the oven for 4 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted.
Step 5
Once the cheese has melted, remove the pizza from the oven and top with the mushroom mixture and return to the oven for another 8 to 10 minutes or until the base becomes crispy.
