Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 300 grams mushrooms (mixed)
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons thyme leaves
  • 250 grams cheese ( Pizza blend cheese)
  • 150 grams pizza crust (30cm crust)
  • 4 slices (100 grams) prosciutto ham (roughly chopped)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 250C.

  • Step 2: Heat the oil in a large frypan over a medium-high heat and add the mushrooms and fry for 6 to 8 minutes or until golden brown.

  • Step 3: Remove from the heat and season with salt and pepper and stir through the garlic and thyme, set aside.

  • Step 4: Meanwhile, sprinkle over pizza cheese to evenly cover the base and then top with the prosciutto, and place the pizza into the oven for 4 to 5 minutes until cheese is melted.

  • Step 5: Once the cheese has melted, remove the pizza from the oven and top with the mushroom mixture and return to the oven for another 8 to 10 minutes or until the base becomes crispy.
