Step by Step Method

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Step 2
Cut meatballs in half; set aside.

Pull each biscuit apart into 2 discs, making 16 total. Flatten each slightly with palms and place on 2 ungreased baking sheets. Top each disc with 1 tablespoon sauce, about 1 1/2 tablespoons cheese, then 2 meatball halves.
Step 4
Bake 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and slightly browned, and meatballs reach a safe internal temperature of 160°F.
Step 5
Serve, refrigerating any leftovers.
