  • 1 package (12 ounce) prepared meatballs (refrigerated, cooked Italian-style meatbal)
  • 1 can (16 ounce) refrigerated biscuits (jumbo biscuit)
  • 1 cup pizza sauce (jarred)
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese (pizza blend cheese)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • Step 2: Cut meatballs in half; set aside.

  • Step 3: Pull each biscuit apart into 2 discs, making 16 total. Flatten each slightly with palms and place on 2 ungreased baking sheets. Top each disc with 1 tablespoon sauce, about 1 1/2 tablespoons cheese, then 2 meatball halves.

  • Step 4: Bake 15 minutes, until cheese is melted and slightly browned, and meatballs reach a safe internal temperature of 160°F.

  • Step 5: Serve, refrigerating any leftovers.
