"I found this on gimmedelicious as I was looking for the white sauce used in the Middle East. It keeps for two weeks. Makes 1/2 cup. This is so delicious, so authentic I’m going to be making it by the pound lol. It’s terrific on burgers too!"

This is a great sauce for so many things -- I plan to serve it with some grilled chicken. I agree with Lori -- the tahini is a must -- it adds such a nice flavor. Thanks for this great sauce.

Absolutely wonderful! Because it was already in the fridge, I used Labneh instead of Greek yogurt (thinned with a little half/half). Dried dill, fresh mint. The optional tahini is a must. Delish as a dip on raw veggies and pita wedges, nice and garlicky. I think this sauce would be great on a gyro instead of tzatziki, or maybe as a base for tzatziki (just add grated cucumber). Did I mention garlicky? Oh, so good! Thanks for sharing!
