1/2 cup Greek Yogurt (sour-cream can also be used)
Lime juice (of half a lime)
1 tablespoon Tahini (optional)
3 garlic cloves minced
2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped (1 teaspoon dry can also be used)
5 peppermint leaves (optional, dry can also be used)
1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
How to Make
Step 1:
Place all the ingredients in a food processor or blender and process for 1 minute or until light and fluffy. Store in the fridge, in an air tight container for up to 2 weeks.
