  • Lime juice (of half a lime)
  • 1 tablespoon Tahini (optional)
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped (1 teaspoon dry can also be used)
  • 5 peppermint leaves (optional, dry can also be used)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
