I make this all the time, and I never repeat recipes. My husband is an award winning chef, and he has adapted this recipe for his restaurant. It takes a lot to impress him, too. Can't say enough good things about this awesome and easy recipe!

What tasty, simple fish! I did make a couple of changes; I used tilapia instead of rainbow trout, skipped the salt, and added 1/2 teaspoon dried dill to the mayo mixture. Definitely one I'll be using again! I think it would be good on roasted artichoke hearts and/or Brussels sprouts, too.
