  • 12 ounces trout fish (rainbow trout fillet)
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (I use low fat)
  • 2 teaspoon dill pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon mustard (old fashioned grainy)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Pat the fish fillet dry with a paper towel and place it skin side down on a baking sheet coated with non-stick spray; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  • Step 2: Mix the remaining ingredients together.

  • Step 3: Rub this mixture over the fish fillet with the back of a spoon.

  • Step 4: Bake the fish in a preheated 400 degree Fahrenheit oven for 15 minutes or until fish starts to flake when poked with a fork in the thickest part of the fillet.
