Step by Step Method

Step 1

Line a baking sheet with foil and coat with non-stick spray.

Step 2

Lay the fillets skin side down on the foil; rub with the herbs.

Step 3

Sprinkle the fish with the garlic powder, sea salt and pepper and lay the lemon slices on top of the fish.

Step 4

Bake in a preheated 400 degree Fahrenheit oven for 15 minutes, or until fish starts to flake.

Step 5

Serve.

Perfect blend of Herbs & spices. The temp here is in the mid 30's so I didn't want to use the oven - I pan fried them. No problem. Loved the recipe. This will be a repeat for sure.18 Dec 16 The trout looked so fresh I couldn't resist it. Then I remembered this recipe and that settled it - I had to have it for dinner. Thank's Bea for posting this easy, tasty recipe. It was enjoyed again.
