Step 1: Pat the fish fillet dry with a paper towel and place it skin side down on a baking sheet coated with non-stick spray; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 2: Mix the remaining ingredients together.
Step 3: Rub this mixture over the fish fillet with the back of a spoon.
Step 4: Bake the fish in a preheated 400 degree Fahrenheit oven for 15 minutes or until fish starts to flake when poked with a fork in the thickest part of the fillet.
Step 5: Enjoy!
