Step by Step Method
Step 1
In large saucepan over medium heat, stir together wine, raspberry purée and sugar; bring to boil.
Step 2
Boil gently until reduced to 3/4 cup.
Step 3
Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.
Step 4
Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
Step 5
In bowl, stir together mascarpone and sugar.
Step 6
Layer mascarpone mixture, berries and sauce in stemmed glass dishes.
Step 7
Garnish with mint leaves.
