We really loved these bacon on our BBQ burgers tonight. My bacon did not get done in the 15 minutes. Also the dijon mustard was not quite strong enough. So I added another tsp of mustard and 5 minutes cooking and it turned out delicious.

The bacon was wonderful prepared this way. Sweet, sticky and full of candied flavor. I loved it. One of my favorite ways to eat bacon. The dijon mustard is a lovely addition. Thanks for sharing. Made FYC Tag Game.

Daily Inspiration

How can this bacon not be delicious? It is sooo good and not only was it delicious with breakfast, but I'm thinking it would be wonderful on a bacon cheeseburger too. Loved the combination of the dijon mustard and maple syrup. : ) Nancy
