Step by Step Method
Step 1
Preheat oven to 200C.
Step 2
Line a baking tray with alfoil and place a rack on top.
Step 3
Place bacon on the rack being careful not to overlap the bacon.
Step 4
Put in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.
Step 5
While this happening mix the Dijon and maple syrup with a whisk.
Step 6
Remove from oven and pat the bacon for any fat with paper towel.
Step 7
Brush both sides of the bacon the maple syrup Dijon mustard mix and put back in the oven for 5 minutes or cooked to you liking.
