Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 160 grams bacon (rashers, 4 long rashers)
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 200C.

  • Step 2: Line a baking tray with alfoil and place a rack on top.

  • Step 3: Place bacon on the rack being careful not to overlap the bacon.

  • Step 4: Put in the oven and bake for 10 minutes.

  • Step 5: While this happening mix the Dijon and maple syrup with a whisk.

  • Step 6: Remove from oven and pat the bacon for any fat with paper towel.

  • Step 7: Brush both sides of the bacon the maple syrup Dijon mustard mix and put back in the oven for 5 minutes or cooked to you liking.
