Step 1

Put the bananas, malted milk powder. wheat germ, frozen yoghurt and skim milk in a blender and blend until smooth.

Step 2

Pour the mixture into glasses and serve straight away.

Great smoothie. I subbed lowfat vanilla yogurt for the frozen yogurt and added 4 ice cubes, and cut down on milk by 1/4 cup. Loved the malt flavor.
