Season chops on both sides

Step 2

Heat oil and butter and cook on both sides until done

Step 3

Meanwhile in other skillet, heat butter and grease

Add onions, add mushrooms. Brown them. Season

When pork chops are done,cover with onion mixture top with cheese cover and melt cheese .

Good stuff. But of course to me......when you top anything with sauteed mushrooms and onions.......it has to be good. lol. This was simple to make and was a great comfort style dinner. Thanks for sharing, Dee.
