Ingredients
- 2 pounds pork loin chops ( boneless)
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoons butter
- FOR TOPPING
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon bacon fat
- 1 cup onions, sliced
- 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced (fresh)
- 1 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoons pepper
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (sharp)
How to Make

Step 1: Season chops on both sides

Step 2: Heat oil and butter and cook on both sides until done

Step 3: Meanwhile in other skillet, heat butter and grease

Step 4: Add onions, add mushrooms. Brown them. Season

Step 5: When pork chops are done,cover with onion mixture top with cheese cover and melt cheese .
