  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoons butter
  • FOR TOPPING
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon bacon fat
  • 1 cup onions, sliced
  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced (fresh)
  • 1 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoons pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded (sharp)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Season chops on both sides

  • Step 2: Heat oil and butter and cook on both sides until done

  • Step 3: Meanwhile in other skillet, heat butter and grease

  • Step 4: Add onions, add mushrooms. Brown them. Season

  • Step 5: When pork chops are done,cover with onion mixture top with cheese cover and melt cheese .
