Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
Prepare cake according to package directions, substituting 1/2 cup lime juice for 1/2 cup of the water.
Add zest of 1 lime. Pour batter into pan; bake 35-40 minutes, until toothpick inserted into cake center comes out clean.
Prepare the icing: Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth.
Stir in sugar until well combined.
Stir in lime juice, remaining zest and vanilla.
Smooth icing over cooled cake.

I knew when I tagged this cake that we would love it. We love limes and I couldn't wait to try it out. I'm not usually fond of icing on a cake, but I have to say that it is so delicious and a it really brings out the flavor of the cake. Didn't change anything except that I added some lime zest to the top of the icing as well.
