Step by Step Method
Step 1
Over medium/high heat in a lightly oiled skillet saute the onions & mushrooms (approx 10 minutes).
Step 2
Add tomato,continue cooking for 2 minutes.

Add spices. Cook a further minute.

Add spinach & cook until the spinach is wilted.
