"This is a recipe by Frank Stitt from Birmingham, AL.....my home town. The title says it all....pasta to soak up a fun night out. Or a quick weeknight meal."
Finely chop the jalapenos. Set aside.
Cook the garlic in hot oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden.
Add peppers to the garlic, and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
Add chopped plum tomatoes and kosher salt; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in your desired amount of fresh basil. Serve immediately over hot pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
