Step 1: Finely chop the jalapenos. Set aside.
Step 2: Cook the garlic in hot oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat, stirring constantly, for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden.
Step 3: Add peppers to the garlic, and cook, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
Step 4: Add chopped plum tomatoes and kosher salt; cook 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir in your desired amount of fresh basil. Serve immediately over hot pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
